My Christmas Wish List

Hey y'all!

WE ARE LESS THAN ONE MONTH AWAY FROM CHRISTMAS!!!!!! AHHH! My continuous loop of Christmas movies has officially begun! Literally, that will be about all I watch until Christmas. :) SANTA! OH MY GOD! SANTA'S COMING! I KNOW HIM! I KNOW HIM! (Pleaseeeee tell me you know where that quote is from). I'm almost done with my Christmas shopping, which is AWESOME, considering last year I did 99% of our Christmas shopping the day after we got home from our honeymoon (December 22nd).

The other day I posted about items I already own, but would want if I didn't already have them HERE. Today, I'm going to post about items that are on my "Ultimate" wishlist! I know that there are a few items on this list that I am getting! YAY! (Yes, I know Christmas presents should be surprises, but this year, Ryan and I just talked about what we wanted so we both got what we REALLY wanted).

1. The Nest Thermostat - One of my friends told me about this thing. Basically, it's a smart thermostat. It learns from your habits! You can access it from your phone and can see your energy usage throughout the day, hour by hour. You can also have custom settings for each day of the week. On a basic thermostat, you typically have settings for "weekdays" and "weekends." The nest gives me options to optimize our energy usage and save some money (who doesn't like that?!). You can check it out HERE.
2. Silhouette Cameo -This thing is just so awesome. It's a die cutting machine, but you don't have to buy different cutters like you do with a cricut. It hooks up to your computer and you can make your own designs based on JPEG files and you can download different templates from their site. I would be able to make any decorations or invitations I would need for showers/parties and only have to buy scrapbook paper! I can also make the vinyl monograms which are so popular right now. Love it! Overstock has the best deal on these HERE.

3. These Tori Burch Boots....need I say more? GORGEOUS!

4.  Iphone 6 Plus - My phone just doesn't hold battery. It will die by 2:30 in the afternoon even if I'm not on it and all of my apps are closed. (Yes, I've turned off wifi, push notifications, etc). Too many updates for my old phone! I'm going for the plus, which is HUGE, but I think that's the direction phones are going, so I might as well jump on.

5. Garmin Forerunner 15 - I would love to have a GPS watch that also has a heart rate monitor. I have friends with this watch who love it! You can find it HERE for way less than anywhere else. I'm training to run the Disney Princess Half Marathon in February and often don't want to take my phone to track my runs, so this would be great to use!

I definitely don't NEED any of these items. Shoot, I don't NEED anything, I just have fun looking at new gadgets. :) What do y'all have on your "ultimate" wishlist? Be looking for my favorite gift items under $25 coming soon!

Hope you have a great week!

Until next time,

Christmas Present Ideas - Favorite Things I Already Have

Hey y'all!

With the holidays fast approaching, I thought I would share with you five things that I already own, but that I would put on my Christmas list in a heartbeat!

1. Erin Condren Life Planner - I'm on my SIXTH Life Planner! No matter how awesome technology is with syncing my phone and email calendars up, I really enjoy writing things down. This planner has a month-at-a-glance and each day is broken down into morning, day, and night. I love that because it makes it easier to look at what I have going on in my personal life and work life easily. It also comes with a ton of stickers and you can add personalized stickers as well. So that year we had 14 weddings to attend? Yeah, I could make 14 wedding stickers and however many shower stickers I wanted. If you click HERE you can get a $10 off coupon on your first order! Also, they send you awesome coupons after certain intervals of orders. After my 10th order from the site, they sent me a $50 coupon! It paid for my planner this year, isn't that awesome?!

2. Young Living Essential Oils Premium Starter Kit - If you haven't been following me about my journey with essential oils, you will have to check it out all of the posts HERE. Honestly, at first I just wanted a couple of oils to try, but I'm SO incredibly glad that I went for the starter kit. I literally don't go a week without using every single oil that came in the kit. Check out the picture below to see what all comes in the kit. Now is definitely the time to be buying a kit for Christmas :) I'll leave a comment below this post on how to sign up if you're interested. Feel free to ask me as many questions as you can come up with!

3. Brooks Running Shoes - If you're into running, I seriously have to recommend these shoes. I got mine at Fleet Feet Tulsa. They do a running/walking test to see what type of shoe your foot needs. I apparently have been wearing the wrong running shoe size for YEARS. (That was why my feet would fall asleep during a run!). The style I like the best is the Adrenaline. They are supportive, lightweight, and SUPER comfortable.

4. Lululemon Cool Racerback Tank Tops (or really, anything lululemon!) - As a tall person, I often wear tank tops to help elongate shirts that I wear. These tanks are long and ridiculously comfortable and soft. I wear them to workout by themselves, but I also wear them under shirts for work or on the weekends. They are fabulous for layering. I want one in every single color! You can pick yours up HERE.

5. Ray Ban Wayfayers - I wear these everywhere I go. They are great at protecting my eyes, but they look good and don't give me a headache after wearing them all day or get stuck in my hair when I push them on top of my head (where they often end up staying for the entire day). They have a TON of colors, but I personally like the classic black that you can find HERE.

I hope y'all have a great Thanksgiving week! It is going to be crazy busy for us, but I am SO looking forward to it. Tomorrow, we are taking Christmas card pictures (we definitely need a family pic with Cash!), I have a test Tuesday, and get to spend time with family and friends the rest of the week. My family is running in the Turkey Trot 5k on Thursday morning! If you're in Tulsa, you should join! There is also a one mile fun run that the whole family could participate in. My thought process is that if I get up and go run a 5k, I get to eat more turkey....what do you think?

Until next time,

Cash Bradley - 5 Month Update

Hey y'all!

Cash here! Yesterday I turned five months old, so I thought I would just check in and say hi! It's been a while since I introduced myself here.

Since I posted last, I have gotten a LOT bigger. I weigh 54 pounds (that's 34 pounds more than when we posted last...yeah, I really like puppy food and I'm a growing boy!).

This is me yesterday - I was enjoying a nice fire on a cold day!

I still like cuddling. Mom acts like I'm big and heavy or something. I don't get it. I expect her to hold me and cuddle me all the time. When she gets home, I still want her to pick me up....It's getting harder since I'm so big, but I love it! Also, if she sits on the floor, I sit in her lap no matter what.

I'm way bigger now. When I try to hug her, I kind of knock her over.

I really like these things too:

-Wood -Every time I go outside, I bring mom and dad a piece of wood. I don't know why they don't want me to bring it in the house though.

-Playing fetch

-Swimming in ponds

-Riding on the four wheeler with dad

-Going running with mom

-Ice cubes (whenever I hear mom or dad get ice, I expect to get a piece. I'm insanely spoiled)

-Naps (do I need to explain more?)

This is where I sleep when mom studies - right under her feet!
Mom snuck me on her and dad's bed one day. It was AMAZING!

-Looking outside through the windows

-Car rides

I fit in the back seat way better than the front now. These pictures are over the last few months oldest on top. You can see how big I'm getting!

I got sick for the first time (and second and third). Mom and dad freaked out. I guess that's what first time parents do?  They cuddled me and made me feel so much better - then they made me take this picture:

Also, they dressed me up as a lion for Halloween. Really?!!? A LION?! I'm a dog, at least make me something cool like batdog. You can see the super embarrassing pictures HERE.

Now that that awesome Razorback game is over (WOO PIG SOOIE!!!), I do believe it's time to cuddle some more.

Until next time,

Cash &

Halloween!

Hey y'all!

Halloween is in my top three holidays to celebrate (and decorate for)! This is our first year to be in the house for Halloween, so it was fun to decorate. Unfortunately, we had a total of 6 trick-or-treaters and three came specifically to see us (not from our neighborhood). SOOOOOOOOO disappointing. We easily had candy for 50-100 kids! I guess the trunk-or-treat events are easier for parents, but when I was growing up, we probably walked like 4 miles (at least) on Halloween night collecting candy.

At work on Friday, we were invited to bring our families to trick-or-treat in the office. There were SO many cute little outfits! Most of my coworkers dressed up too. I may be in my late 20s, but I don't think one is EVER too old to be a Disney Princess (I think some of my coworkers agree!).

Here are a few pictures of our decorations at our house, my costume, and Cash's costume!

Loved decorating the front porch. Next year we will add even more to it (fog machine is on my wish list!)
Cinderella, Snow White, Belle and Elsa! Ps - I made that tutu in about 30 minutes
Cash wasn't a huge fan of his costume (he is roaring at us in the picture on the right), so Ryan and I just had to try it on for ourselves.

Does your family have any Halloween traditions? This week is another crazy one. I have another CPA test next Saturday, so send lots of positive thoughts and prayers my way if you have the time. Back to studying I go! Hope y'all have a good week!

Until next time,
